Thank you for the prompt service and the good product quality. When my MacMini suddenly died in Stuttgart last week, I was a little anxious, especially because finances are not good right now, but one day later I was already reconstructing my TimeMachine data onto a new-looking refurbished MacMini which I got from Stockholm in less than 24 hours – all for a reasonable price. Brilliant!

very fast reaction of MResell, good offer, I sent the iPad to Sweden with given postage label and MResell accepted in 2 days, no discussion about offered price, very fast cah transfer. This means very good experience, very reputable and reliable company!

The good: They provide some justification as to why they changed the offer as drastically as they did. The shipping process was also easy and I could opt to have someone come to pick it up at my home.
The bad: Unfortunately, the contract is ambiguously worded and does not make it clear under what conditions you must pay them to send your device back to you. Before sending my device in, my understanding of the ABG was that I would only have to pay a service fee if I had provided false information about my device, or if I cancelled the original sale. In reality, if you reject their re-evaluated offer for any reason (even if the drop was extreme), you must pay 39EUR to have your device sent back to you or they will take your device with no reimbursement. It doesn't seem like much but this is causing me a lot of financial stress. All in all I am quite disappointed with the service. I tried to be honest and provide as much detail as possible before sending my device in, but still ended up losing money. I would recommend having your device evaluated at an official retailer before sending it in, or using a different company like WirKaufens if your device is used.

This was my first time selling my MACBOOK online and I have searched a lot for the best site to sell at. I came across MResell and having seen positive response online, I went with them and to my surprise if one rate their Gadget to the best of its recent state. They do offer to pay the suggested price and that’s what happened with me. I couldn’t recommend MResell any less. I don’t usually rate sites but they end up surprising me with how easy it was 👍🏻
