The work was great even if the job was a bit small. I paid the invoice immediately after I received it.

Now I keep getting more payment requests and mentions of collections agency. MrFix isn't responding to emails.

Edit: after I send a message everywhere I could find, they acknowledged that they've found my payment and asked me to stop sending them messages instead of offering an apology.

They finally offered an apology but it started with "we saw your review" and ended with asking me to revise it and it was 15 days later.

Communication can be a bit quicker and more clear, but the handy man they delivered did a perfect job in just one hour! Amazing!

Great service, always responsive to our needs. It is not easy to fix things in Amsterdam.

Reliable and fast, they find professionals pretty easily and the communication flows nicely with their emails/whatsApp group. I recommend using the platform!

I contacted MrFix for installing two shower cabins and finishing other bathroom fittings that were left unfinished or poorly executed by the initial contractor. I am very satisfied with the advice and the work of Cobei Construct. They helped me with the technical decisions and were patient with Hornbach-Schulte’s lengthy ordering and manufacturing process. They reacted immediately thereafter to pick up and install the cabins. The installation is perfect in every sense, I could not have imagined it better. The people are also very pleasant to have around - they work quickly and cleanly, and communicate excellently, they also think one step ahead and advise of any risks or better options.

Terrible customer service from Mr. Fix side. They refused to resolve an issue with poor quality and would not properly address concerns. They are more focused on keeping their contractor happy than their customers. Find other apps or service providers - you don’t want to go through the same hassle here.

I contacted MrFix to sort an electrical problem. The booking system asking for photos worked brilliantly, the electricians were well prepared and fixed the issue in no time. Very satisfied with the service.

Problems were: poor communication via email and whatsapp; asking for photos and description 3 times; I selected a number of date/timeslots, but they selected a different date and time a week later, without feedback; over 1 week waiting before I received an estimate, it was sent less than 24 hours before the job was supposed to start; the estimate amount was market price times 3.

When I declined, “Mr. Fix” asked the contractor if the estimate could be revised. The contractor was listed at the same address as Mr. Fix. Even though this could be legally sound, it made me feel like they were applying con tactics: making people wait with a possibly urgent job, then see how high a price they will accept.

Constructive criticism: don’t do any of the above. Make fair estimates, in a reasonable time and if you don’t intend to deliver a fair service, don’t offer it at all.

I'm totally dissatisfied with the outcome of the work. Within just 20 days, issues started arising. The device, which I acquired directly from the company began producing noise after installation. Following their investigation, it was determined that the problem did not lie with the device itself, but rather with the installation process.To sum it up, it seems that the efforts made thus far have been ineffective. Mr fix doesn't provide proper support and responsibile to fixed this job which is unaccepted.

Happy with the new curtains. Well done. The guys were friendly. Good service. Good work! Would recommend.

NOT RECOMMENDED..Worst service.. they will charge any amount they want.. the guy started the timer when he reached parking but he reached my door 25 mins after that .. but when I was charged for entire duration even for the time he was roaming near parking for 25 mins.. I had my own parking slot still guy chose to park it at paid parking and charged me for that. Please please don’t take service from this company.. better to hire someone from outside .. they charged me for two hours where service was only for 1 hour

We went on internet to look for a handyman. ± 1hour later the guy was drilling at our office :)

I had doubts but the guy working for my house is really good!
it is of course abit expensive but it is good quality work and trustworthy

Terrible service. More damage done than fixed. Huge bill for simple job.
