Hired Tauhied via Mr.Fix for one day electrical job. Tauhied and his colleague did a good job and solved all the issues smartly. His communication was clear and he mentioned all the costs and approx hours required for job upfront. I would definitely recommend Mr fix and Tauhied for any electrical jobs .

Excellent service from Mr.Fix! Had 4 jobs done, all well completed and reasonably priced. Don’t expect qualified technicians, just a pair of hands to do the jobs. I had ordered an electrician, a white goods guy for the washing machine and someone to hang art. Well, all completed by the same Moldovan/Romanian tag team who showed up three times!! But, as said, all done

This was my first time using Mr Fix, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! I submitted my project yesterday and was quickly contacted to confirm a few details. By the end of the day, I was matched with a technician.

Ionut arrived right on time today, and not only did he completely understand the task, but he was also an absolute pleasure to work with!

Mr.Fix has quickly found a handyman to hang our new TV on the wall. Communication was concise and to the point. Handyman Hicham is an expert at what he does and works quickly and efficiently. Very positive experience overall.

Quick service, quality service, great and easy communication

If I could give this company negative stars, I absolutely would. My experience with them was nothing short of infuriating, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay far, far away.

For starters, they were the only company—out of the five I contacted—to charge an outrageous €84 for an on-site inspection (plus parking costs). I explicitly communicated that I did not agree to this charge, but they went ahead and billed me anyway.

To add insult to injury, the so-called "inspection" was a complete farce. They sent someone who wasn’t even qualified or prepared to conduct the inspection himself. Instead, he called his boss via FaceTime, and I was forced to explain my work plans over a video call. Why even bother with an on-site visit if that’s how they operate? This was a blatant waste of time and money.

The situation only got worse. The person they sent couldn’t speak English, so I couldn’t even communicate with him directly. Following this, all further communications were an incomprehensible mess of emails and WhatsApp messages involving workers, management, and who knows who else. It was impossible to keep track of what was going on or who I was supposed to be dealing with.

When I finally received their quote, it was shockingly overpriced—one of the most expensive among all the companies I reached out to. After everything I had already endured, their pricing felt like the cherry on top of an already appalling experience.

But the final straw? They had the audacity to repeatedly chase me for the €84 inspection fee and parking costs—for over a month! Despite my clear protests and warnings that I would share this terrible experience publicly, they persisted in their demands. The fact that they were so focused on squeezing this paltry amount out of me speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and priorities.

This company has no concept of customer experience or service. I shudder to think how chaotic and frustrating it would have been had I actually hired them for the job.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their conduct is not just unprofessional—it’s downright despicable.

Mr fix did a great job by creating a group so communication was easy. The professional Ali was wonderful. Very quick, did a good job assembling! Really happy with the guy!

I am so impressed with this service. The cleaner Ali did a superb and detailed job, just as requested. I requested a last minute chimney sweep and Mr Fix found someone to take the job at night. Mr Fix has been a huge help to us and I will continue to use them. I highly recommend their services!

Got the worst paint job I’ve ever seen for an expensive price.

Very satisfied with the work done in my appartment. The technician, everything well in terms of the tasks requested. He did it very quickly. I am not giving 5 stars only because I was unable to communicate with the company when the technician was running late and I thought he was not going to make the appointment.

Delissa construction removed the awning from my window. They were fast, professional and responsive. I recommend their services!

Mr Fix was very responsive and connected me with an expert quickly. However, when the time frame was too long for my needs, I called Pim and he arranged to have an electrician 3 days faster.

Though he had to adjust the time of the job, Alex was knowledge, fast and friendly. He made quick work of a job that would’ve taken me an entire day.

I’d gladly recommend Mr Fix again and I will be using the service again myself in the near future.

The assignment of a contractor was fast and he came and fixed the issue. However, they need to make it clear in T&C that the minimal payment is 1 hr rate. In my case, the contractor came and fixed the issue in 20 minutes and left. While i pay the whole hour for work he did not do. This is not fair and I did not see keen from the company to compensate by any means, just to expect the level of service you deal with.
