I went for a basic screen repair package and they claimed that I had previously agreed to a more expensive repair package, attempting to charge me more money. They refused several requests to reinstall my old screen so I reluctantly paid. The new screen broke less than a month later and I don't trust the shop enough to make use of their limited warranty.

Take this as a warning not to cheap out on manufacturer repairs! £150 down the toilet because I wanted to save £10.

Two stars because the replacement screen did function for a month.

Happy with the speed and quality of the service. Fixed iPhone screen ,phone working beautifully.

Yasir went over and above what I expected him to do in order to repair our mobile phone. He also did it in less time than I thought it would need.

Went in off the street to Home Street, Edinburgh branch. My iPhone wasn’t charging. Walked out again ten minutes later with phone sorted. The connection point needed cleaning.

Avoid!
I went to the Milton Keynes branch to get the battery replaced in my phone, I paid a deposit and was told the battery would be delivered within a week and to come back in then, I came back on the agreed date but the battery wasn't there so I was told to come back again in a few more days, I did but it still wasn't there and I was told to come back the next day.

This time it was finally there but after leaving my phone with them for a while i returned only to be told that the battery they ordered didn't work with my phone, what a waste of time!

To top it off they clearly took my phone apart and didn't use an adhesive when putting the back cover back on, I can actually lift the back cover off with my fingernails which shouldn't be possible.

Don't trust these cowboys with your expensive devices!

Update: I just replaced the battery for myself and it turns out that they never actually attempted to replace it, I could tell because one of the small internal screws had a security sticker on it that had to be broken to get at the battery, I suspect they tried to remove the back cover, couldn't get it off (it was a bit tricky) and then just lied to me

Replaced my phone battery in the shop in Edinburgh. They finished whithin an hour, everything went alright. I also wanted to replace a charging port, but the guy just cleaned it up and said that it is working fine and don't need a replacement and didn't charge extra. Very professional.

Daughter called the Glasgow store, was quoted £40 for a battery replacement for her phone. Went into the store, was first told they didn’t have her booking, but after checking, quoted her £120, saying they would have to replace the screen as well. When she said the screen was fine and only the battery needed replacing, she was told they didn’t have the part.

A total scam outfit. Entice people in and then try to rip them off. Steer well clear.

Do not touch these guys.

Battery came to the end of its life on my phone. Agreed £50 for a same day battery replacement. Agreed they would contact me when done.

Kept having to call/visit/chase as no updates. Went at the end of the day and they had not finished. Advisd they were copying info to do a software upgrade. Told to come back first thing in morning.

Went back first thing. Could not find phone. Again advised they would call. No calls. Had to chase and visit.

Took longer than expected. They then lost the case for the phone. They also bumped the price up to nearer £90. Did not tell me why or advise me they were doing this during the repair.

Finally the phone was goosed. Covered in glue, the screen was completely different. Yellowish tint, not sure but think they replaced it with a cheaper one. Unreactive and phone became unusable. After shelling out to them I immediately just bought a new phone.

Above all they were disorganised and rude. Pretty bad experience all round. Would strongly recommend not ever going to these people.

Went on their site to check if they could fix my phone. When you click it takes you to some strange looking car part site. Called their corstophine shop , no answer. Gone?
