FOR ANYONE FIGHTING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS OUTFIT OR THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM....DO NOT.
I now have a CCJ against them for a refund - they are ignoring that too! If you are willing to throw money away, carry on, but if you are unhappy with the service or product, they will tell you to return to China at a cost to you of £20...'for a full refund', that is, minus the £20 you have paid out to return. They are a joke and it needs all of us to drive then out of business.
