Logged in Spain and lost several hundred pounds. Then I was told gaming in Spain was restricted and I shouldn't have accessed the website...but no refund of stakes. Let me open an account deposit £300 and play half of it then kick me out of the game I’m playing and not let me log back in spoke to customer chat and said because I have a William hill account I can’t have one with them and they are closing my account. I said ok are going to refund my deposit and you’ve basically stolen £140 from me when I shouldn’t have been able to open an account at all. They’ve refused and just refunded what was let in my balance. I’ve forwarded it to the gambling commission and the ADR provider for investigation. Is advise anybody else having issues with them to do the same!!

Same as everyone on this site, let me join, deposit , they let me play then shut down due to their sister site, they are holding MY money and state will manually send back to my account! I have given them 🆔 and can not email, can only do a chat. And they keep fobbing me off saying they will send my money and to be assured. 7 days now however 7 secs to accept my money and then close account! Guys back a while I won a total of 80,000 gbp and they blocked my account requesting further identification which I provided over and over again however they kept delaying my withdrawal of 80,000 gbp. Blocked my account when I hit the bonus feature.

Lately I’ve tried to make a couple of small withdrawals in the same manner as I have made several successful ones with no issues whatsoever but the last two I’ve been trying to make it. It says my withdraw is approved, but due to technical difficulties it was returned back to my player account. They say try again later the first time I tried probably 20 times to make that withdrawal and it kept saying the same thing and they never ever got back to me like they said they would once they figured out the issue issue and I end up playing it all and losing it surprise . so again 4 or 5 days later making another withdrawal and I didn’t receive a message of any type saying that there was any problems but it was taking a little longer than it usually takes so I just checked in with customer service to see that everything was OK and then boom. What did they say? Oh we’re having technical difficulties again and I get the same exact message that I did the time before but only once I messaged them so I do believe that they are doing this intentionally because of possibly a review that I gave them that wasn’t so good in which case it would be ethically wrong in my opinion.

after a few withdrawals and you are winning, they will randomly lock you out of your account in the middle of play, made me lose a BJ hand as they logged me out before i could hit on an 11 vs 5, also wont let you log back in as they IP ban you so you have to use VPN to get money back
