I ordered some erasers from this store, which seems to be under new ownership since the logo is different. The item didn't arrive, and the invoice I received had the name "Rwindfashion" on it, which are a known scam, presumably owned by the same people.
Terrible customer service, in fact, non existent. Sent email and message on their FB site as they advertise shipping to non-US destinations but their system does not allow non-US addresses to be entered for delivery. Never received a response. There is no contact telephone number, so you can't get through to them. Imagine if you have a faulty item and need to get in touch with them...They just don't care. Shame, as I used to be a customer when they first started and was very happy with their service. Very disappointing.

Heard about this brand when I saw my friend using one. It is so different from anything out there. Looks awesome and much more affordable and functional than they appear. I bought a Carter backpack and a Martin travel bag. Getting tons of compliments! Can't wait to see what they make next.
