A ripoff and scam company
When I ordered this product, I was given a timeline of 15 to 20 days specifically because they were custom colors. When I checked in the first couple of times I was led to believe everything was going fine only to find out three weeks later that they didn’t even have the Leather yet. And I was OK with the slight delay. Because I was told that it would be going out in the mail either Saturday or Monday. Well guess what today is Monday and now they want me to wait another whole week before mailing it. I finally just said no I am done with waiting. I have been lied to and manipulated and led to believe things that were not true. So I wanted my money back minus what I paid them for shipping which is per their return and refund policy. He kept begging me to wait the extra week and I kept saying no and demanding my money back. Finally having to threaten legal action. Well, he finally said I have issued the refund. But he didn’t. He issued me $400 of the $500 I paid. There was an additional $60 that I paid on top making the total $560 because I was told he was adding $60 for shipping which I said OK. Now now he is accusing me of planning this all along and he is keeping the $100 because of his losses. I will be seeking legal action against this company. Do not trust them. Do not believe what they tell you. I have screenshot every single part of our conversation over the last month. This company is a ripoff and a scam.
