What an absolutely fantastic team
I had a series of events out of my control I lost my daughter to heart failure last year and my partner has been in hospital since last year
This caused streams of financial and other documents to fill and phones calls to make at times I have been so confused and beside myself as I struggle with a condition myself
This company have been amazing, treating me with respect and compassion with clear continous emails and updates not threats and robotic emails
Today they settled my loan with me at a very reduced settlement amount that i could afford they then thanked me for paying my extremely fair settlement amount
This team are absolute asset to the company
