MRL offers a variety of products, even some of what I’d call niche products. So there is something for everybody, suitable for people people with different interests. The products from this company are packaged well and shipped and delivered in a timely manner with care. Also shipped discreetly in a brown shipping box. The products themselves are in a sleek black cardboard box and inside is a protective polystyrene shell to protect the contents. Part of the contents in one of the bags inside did come loose inside however, so it would’ve been better if they packed that properly. But overall, everything was well protected. I bought a doll from this company and it was of very high quality and very beautiful, the only criticism is that the doll had very stiff joints and is hard to pose. Also, if not careful, you could damage the doll from handling it. I did leave some nail marks because the doll was heavy, and tore a small part of the silicone material when washing it. But this should be the buyers responsibility to take care when handling it. MRL also has a great community and you can get support very easily from the moderators and staff, so if you have any problems it would be solved easily. Overall, a great company.

I've bought quite a few products from this company, all have been encased by a generic brown shipping box that reveals no information. The dolls themselves come in a protective bag, and some with large features (such as Mya) come in foam to preserve their shape. Every time I've bought a new doll, they all look great and are very high quality, even the miniature models. They do not feel like they will deform or break very easily. Generally, the larger dolls feel better to use compared to the Mini dolls, but every doll feels amazing. Cleaning them is very straightforward and easy, I use store brand unscented liquid hand soap and lather it by hand, though I have heard Dawn is a great choice. Some larger dolls are somewhat cumbersome to clean, so you may need to use a bathtub, but medium-sized or mini dolls you can easily clean in a sink.

The products was packaged well and came with no damage to the item nor to the box. The shipping took a bit longer than anticipated but it wasn't because of the company. It was stalled it customs.

The products appearance is fantastic and exciting. The product itself was of high quality materials. The product is really detailed and does its job perfectly.
Using is easy and cleaning takes a bit of time but it is worth it. The product feels durable and hopefully lasts for many years to come.
