Totally fake company. Made an order, which did not arrive after three months. There was no way to contact them over the phone, emails and Instagram DM's ended up being ignored. Fortunately, I was able to get a credit card chargeback - but would never buy anything from these people.

Came across this clothing store via an social media ad, as with probably most people, looked a legitmate clothing company with some decent clothing, but how i was wrong!

Bought a jumper and paid the extra for Next day delivery, few days had gone, nothing, contacted them, no response, contacted again and was told there was a warehouse issue and it will be resolved very soon. FEW weeks had gone by, still same issue and still had not received my jumper nor any resolution offered.

ONE WHOLE MONTH later, still nothing and no response from the Merchant, decided to look at reviews from others and i could see that loads were in the same position, i've threatened legal action and taking it to the retail ombudsman and such!

If anyone is drawn to one of their clothing via their ads, my honest advice is to STAY AWAY, you do not want to go through the hassle as myself and others are going through, it genuinly feels like a scam.

I ordered something from this company over a month ago and have not received it. I have emailed them and messaged on IG and still not received any reply or the item I have ordered. I recommend you stay away. Seems like a dodgy company

Shocking customer service, took over a week to send items out. Order was missing half the content & read messages on social media with no response & ignored email

Ordered a shirt over a month ago and never received the item. I've tried communicating via email and I did get some response from a "Norton Massamba" stating that it does take some time for items to be sent from the UK to AU. I paid $40 AUD so DHL can deliver within 2-3 working days - that was over a month ago. No other communication, no responses - nothing. I believe this is a scam site and I don't see ever seeing what I paid refunded. Please be aware of what you see on TikTok and buy from a reputable business.

Placed an order, order wasn’t received. Emailed customer services 3 times and no response. Don’t really know what to do about it.

There is no telephone number to call, I am now stuck with the money left my account and no update on delivery or order.

This is utterly terrible. I placed an order over a week ago, did not receive any confirmation of my order but funds were immediately taken. I have made attempts to contact them to get an update and have received no response...STILL. Do not purchase from them!!!

Awful experience. Ordered shorts on next day delivery over six weeks ago and still haven’t received the shorts. Tried contacting on multiple occasions but to no avail. I’ve only had one reply in that six weeks in which they told me the shorts were now ready to be delivered, however they only had them in a different size. I have tried contacting via email live chat and phone and I’ve had no response. Avoid using this company as they don’t care about their customers. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Mr meech customer service was brilliant, i ordered using the wrong delivery and they instantly came back and cancelled my order !!

I had a problem with my order being too big and as it was a gift for my
Brothers birthday I was quite worried. However, Mr Meech delivered exceptional customer service and helped me resolved my issue and sent out an exchange straightaway. I was very satisfied with my experience and the team regularly updated me through Instagram throughout the entire process. The quality of the clothing is amazing and I will definitely be shopping here again. Thank you Mr Meech!

Terrible experience with MrMeech Clothing – completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I placed an order for a jumper from MrMeech Clothing and received it with no issue initially, but unfortunately, the size was far too big. I followed all the return instructions and sent it back in good faith, requesting either a refund or the correct size in exchange. That was SIX months ago. Since then, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. I’ve sent multiple messages through their website, DMs via social media, and several emails — every single one has been ignored. Not a single reply. No acknowledgement. No update. No replacement jumper. No refund. I’ve given them every chance to resolve this privately and professionally, but at this point, I feel completely scammed. It’s shocking that a clothing brand can just go silent and think it’s okay to take customers’ money without fulfilling their obligations. This has not only been frustrating but has left a sour taste. It’s not just about the money — it’s the complete lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. I would strongly warn anyone considering ordering from MrMeech to think twice. You might get lucky with your order, but if there’s a problem? You’ll be left in the dark, just like I have been for months. Absolutely disgraceful service. This isn’t how you treat customers — and it’s certainly not how you build trust as a brand.

Returned items over 2 months worth over £110. Still have not had a refund or even an exchange. Created a return on their portal and never received any shipping details. Returned to send on the invoice and it was signed for 2 days later. For past 2 months I've been messaging every day and barely get a reply. Last I heard he would exchange for other items I wanted but that was over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything since. Seems okay to order but when you want to return you'll lose out on your money. Absolute scam

Tried to get a size swap not even a refund and I couldn’t even get that after trying to return less than a day after arrival, communication is honestly the worst I’ve ever seen from a company.

Really recommend, quality of the clothes are incredible, comfortable and had lots of compliments wearing them asking where they are from!

Amazing service and super speedy delivery. The quality is unbelievable honestly better than anything I’ve bought on the high street. The material is heavy in the best way, so it feels and looks top-notch. I’m obsessed with the jumper, fits perfectly and I just love it!
