I would give 0 stars if I could.
I am in the process of going through the complaint process to the gambling complaints ombudsman.
They ask for all this ID information to be sent in and when you send exactly what they have asked they still don’t verify your account and don’t even email you to tell you why or that they have even been rejected. So you wait days then contact online chat who are VERY unhelpful!
STAY AWAY!

I have had a very good experience so far, they are pretty much fast to verify your documents. I just think the withdrawal takes a bit long... it says 24h but weekends and bank holiday are not counted????
I'll definitely adjust the score once I get my money.

Deposited quite a bit via paysafe tried to withdraw ,they declined the withdrawal no threatening to block the account,they told me to make further deposit via PayPal to withdraw

Charge me to deposit and withdraw.Bombard me with offers daily that they then don't give after qualifying bet. Absolute scam and clearly noone does anything about it. Put me off online gambling that's for sure . Same with their sister sites as well not delivering on free bets

They also don't reply on the live chat or when I send the email on the website . Avoid!

Scam I won 3 thousand and they said it was Bonos and the most they can pay was 100 but that was a lie I contacted them loads and they don’t care they don’t pay the money, stay away from scammers

Signed up as a new customer and they failed to give me the sign up promotion bonus after I met all the criteria. Avoid them, as they are not trustworthy and a waste of time.

AVOID!! Just like the other reviews i deposited money, won and the next day they closed my account for NO reason and will not allow me to withdraw my money. Have made contact with them everyday and they just ignore me. I have now escalated to Resolva and the gambling commission. So deposited alot with this company as soon as I request a withdrawal they make things hard asking for every document known to man. Even with every document they asked for still making things hard. If they pay me my winnings ill change this review but until then avoid avoid avoid. They take our hard earned money off us easily enough but when you try claim back a tiny percentage of what you've actually put in they start to ask every question like being frisked by police! If they honestly concerned where your income was coming from or your address surely they wouldn't take your money in the first place! Absolute joke!!

Won over £30k 5 days ago all identification document submitted and approved .submitted the withdrawl request and it still currently sitting at pending.received email confirmation of my winnings.and still no new update when they say 24-48 hours payout. Been on live chat everyday and being told it with the finance company and it will be reviewed shortly. As there is a long queue of withdrawl request .hopefully I won't be waiting much more otherwise I will be taking this futher as it theft .I've screen shoted all communication aswell incase I need it .by all means I will be putting a positive feedback when I receive my winnings.

Recently, I have opened an Account with mr.mega , deposited a few time , with no luck 🍀 to win ,after my last bet was successful , i have won a small amount after i win my bet
I have made a withdraw of 500 , and after 9 working days it is still pending ,
Luckily i didn't not bet to much on this site , and i will definitely not use this site until my withdraw will be processed
I will come back to change my review after my withdraw will be processed, but after all review here , i can see this will happen 😢

Awful company! I did everything I could to get my account reopened! Letter a photo of me holding my bank card spoke to safer gambling! And when I got it opened and went to deposit they said my account had been disabled so now they have all my information and I have no site! Tried chatting but no one is helpful I would avoid this site I’m reporting it further right now as that is fishy to me!!!
