AVOID AT ALL COSTS..!

We purchased a Renault Megane estate and paid £300 for the car to be delivered to us. The car was driven down the next day which we were not happy about as it added a lot more miles on the clock as well as wear and tear.
On arriving, the first thing we saw was two massive cracks in the windscreen on the drivers side which were not mentioned in the listing. The boot did not open at all and one of the keys lost. We bought the car because it was said to be in very good condition with no faults and complete with two keys. Mohamed sounded pretty genuine on the phone and promised to pay for a new windscreen and replacement of new key.
On speaking to him again after the driver had left, and having sent him the invoices for work to be done based on his dishonesty, he was very aggressive on the phone and said he would see us in court.
We now are reporting him to trading standards and will go down the route of small claims court.
He is a very dishonest seller and I would avoid buying anything from him.

Bought a 2008 lexus is250 from them a couple of months ago, I have written 2 reviews already, but as things just coming out, I feel an obligation to save you from a very big mistake. The gentleman (Mohamad) seemed a very nice guy apart from that he was obviously lying pretty much about everything. In the advert it was "perfect condition", when I got there I saw it was crashed, couple of things like front sensors didn`t work, but he promised to fix a couple of stuff, which obviously didn`t happen, when I called him to get an appointment to get it fixed, he said he never even mentioned things like that. But that wasn`t a big issue. 2 weeks later the heating at passenger side was gone. 4 weeks later the paint came off, the car was full of scratches. Even the radiator cap was broken (which is roughly 20 quids), but I could have cooked the engine easily if I had not paid attention. Still not the biggest issues! I just had it checked as there was a noise coming sometimes when I started the engine. The mechanic said its most likely the valves, which would be like 3-4000 quids to fix. So I get that its an old car, but for the price I bought it I could have bought a way better condition(bought it for 4500, like this its worth like 2000 maybe). Save yourself a bad experience and avoid this dealer. Oh yeah even though I saw some of the faults, I was happy to buy the car as he offered warranty! That warranty worth nothing unless the car stops working, even to the heater they said its partly working so they wont fix it. By the way if you check the goo gle reviews you can find a lot of bad experience.

disappointed

never buy a car from them again, After viewing the car they took out part from it, then after we get the deal they promised to fit it back, never done it. i am disappointed, I would not recommend doing business with them. Not worth the hassle.

Sold a dodgy car an took almost three months to resolve

Brought a car from Mr Motorz and within the same day, experienced serious faults (engine management light, oil pressure light, brake light).

They agreed to pay for repairs, then when it came to paying the mechanic I sent the car to, they refused. The car had major problems which they werent willing to pay my mechanic for. Eventually after a month or so of debating, they paid the mechanic and then took my car to get fully repaired with a promise of return within 14 days. 14 days came and they hadn't even had the car looked at. After another month or so, finally managed to get them to refund the value of the car minus the value of what my mechanic charged, all at a loss to me.

Totally unacceptable and I would not recommend doing business with them. Not worth the hassle.
