Not delivered

Ordered over a month ago, still not received & no response to emails, is this company financially viable?, think I will need to cancel & get money back through bank

Avoid it

Very very bad
No delivery after two weeks time.
No matter how many time you emailed them, they are not going to reply you.
Tried to ring them several time, they lied it is on the way. I was cheated by them twice. I called them again two weeks after to cancel it.

Great service

My wife picked the dado rail up in person. She said they were very friendly and helpful ang gave a demonstration on how to heat up dado rail to bend it. Was very easy to do and looks great.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, for delivery in 5-7 days. Nothing received.

Contacted them to be promised it would be delivered yesterday.

Still nothing.

Great customer service

Great customer service, really helpful on the phone. Reasonable delivery costs too - I had received several quotes from other companies whose timescales were a lot longer but were also ten times as expensive. Looking forward to receiving the items and using them for future orders.
