Mr Muck’s Garden Supplies is an established family business now spanning over 3 generations of the Blair family, Which has been supplying high-quality manure, composts, and soil improvers since we established in 1996. We have grown since our early days and now have distribution centers in Yorkshire, the Midlands and Lancashire but our business still offers the same quality products and a high level of customer service with many happy repeat customers. Our products are perfect for small town gardens, allotments, stately homes & we supply many schools and local authorities throughout the UK. We cater for small orders from 10 sacks to full arctic loads carrying 2000 sacks.

Good price good communication and…

Good price good communication and helpful delivery person. It would be helpful if the bag was labelled with what is inside as it’s impossible to tell if I got manure or the fifty fifty mix which I ordered.

Two failed delivery attempts so far

Two failed delivery attempts so far. Both times waited in the whole day only to find on the first attempt they were attempting to deliver in an 18 ton truck when I’d been assured twice they would deliver in a smaller vehicle. On the second delivery attempt apparently the vehicle got a puncture and had to be towed back to the depot but no one thought to contact me to tell me. Instead I had to ring them at 5pm to see what was going on. I’ve struggled to get through to Mr Muck on the phone and they haven’t responded to my emails so I’m left thinking they’ve washed their hands of the matter (having had my money). I’m left trying to deal with the inadequate logistics company. I won’t use Mr Muck again. Too stressful. I don’t usually write reviews but felt this lack of service needed highlighting.

delivery was a shambles and the…

delivery was a shambles and the delivery company stated they were only paid to deliver it 100m from my house - issue raised with delivery company and Mr Muck and I was promised a call back which has never happened - I simply will use an alternative company for future business

Great manure

Great manure, the bags are better than last year, less leakage. I would like the option to buy less bags but we sold them to neighbours so it worked out fine.
