Rising above circumstances
It's when things don't go completely to plan that you find out whether you've bought from a good vendor or not. StockWorld came up against the intractability of the British weather, but communication was always polite, responsive and effective. A very complicated situation was dealt with professionally and effectively. Wholeheartedly recommmend

Excellent service and communication. There was a slight issue with the courier but that was sorted out with one email. Sometimes how companies sort out a problem is more important than when things go right! Really pleased I found this supplier.

The desk ordered was delivered damaged ( not by Stockworld but by the courier). Tim at Stockworld sorted out a replacement immediately and the new desk arrived safely. Very courtous company and Tim was terrific. They just need to change their courier

Would have been 5 stars bar some delivery issues, courier lost the order, so they reshipped a new item rather than wait for the courier to sort their lives out. Great customer service and the chair is sturdy, comfortable and worth the wait in the end :)
