Terrible experience. Don’t order.
Purchased three items, two of which were no good. Numerous emails to request a refund, items returned and still waiting on my refund.

I would like to warn everyone from not buying from this company, what you receive is not anything like the pictures, you get something cheap from china. No return or return will be made be careful

Worst company ever, it is impossible to send the products back. You never get money back, you have to pay double more shipping costs. Never again buying from this shop they are a scam

Quality is really good but the return terms in case the piece doesn’t match your size are ridiculous and not straight forward from the beginning. Shein has better, clearer and easier process, something that does not match the prestige that this brand wants to achieve. In addition there is no shipping method for you to choose and the delivery takes very long.

Very disappointing experience with Miss Rosier.

The dresses I received did not match the quality or appearance I expected from the website, especially considering the price paid. I contacted customer service to request a return within the return period, clearly explaining that I simply wanted to return the items and receive a refund.

Instead of providing straightforward return instructions, they repeatedly questioned my reasons for returning the dresses and tried to push alternative solutions, including keeping the dresses or paying additional shipping and handling fees for an exchange.

What I found particularly frustrating was that even after I clarified that I was requesting a return—not claiming that the items were defective—they continued to make the process unnecessarily complicated.

The overall return experience was frustrating and time-consuming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Miss Rosier and would personally not purchase from them again.

My item came in a really cheap material. The quality was very poor and the sizing was off. I bought a Large and it was very small meaning the measurements were not correct on the website. I asked to return the item for a full refund and they said they could not provide that but rather, I keep the item and they will give me a percentage out of the money I spent. I was very very very disappointed with this outcome as I paid ALOT for this item plus shipping. I will never buy from them again. Their advertisement on the website is a scam. The item doesn’t even look like the picture on the website. Purely disappointed.

Its a scam. The dress is very different than the pictures and the fit is horrible. It looked awful on. Do not buy!

I am a bit disappointed with the quality. The flowers are attached with white thread, which is visible.
The tulle is much lighter than shown in the photo.
I am also not impressed by the terms regarding returns.
Shipping from Europe at my own expense costs over 50 euros, yet you do not offer a refund; instead, you offer a voucher for a product from the site—the quality of which I am no longer confident in.

Worst experience ever. One item was not as the photos the fabric of the top was different from the skirt and the returning process seems to be impossible. I also ordered a refund and it’s been almost a month and yet I still haven’t received it..

Some pieces are beautiful, but some of the lace pieces are not as beautiful as the pictures; they are completely different, especially the fabric and shoulder straps, which are not attractive. Their presence is not good at all.

Please don’t purchase from them as in case you want to return the purchase they would never let you.
You will never get your money back - all they offer is a gift card or a discount but then you need the return fees which in my case from the UK is £72.

I was so happy with this dress that I ordered for my wedding. Received the dress around 2-3 weeks after purchase. I feel it had some minor differences from the photo and had a knee long underskirt that I had removed as it showed through. Very beautiful dress irl, I felt beautiful.

Terrible service, took 3 weeks to arrive, you then have 7 days to return if you wish! I went over the 7 days as I was unaware it was such a short return date! Left with very expensive dress which doesn’t fit!! Do not recommend using this brand!!

The clothes are nothing like they appear on the website. They arrived very wrinkled and torn at the bottom. One of the dresses is really poorly sewn. I was truly disappointed.

Worst experience of my life!!! They dont provide free returns and I spent 50€ on returning a 100€ dress made out of plastic, not even resembling the dress advertised. NEVER again!
