Ignorierte Selbstsperrung über 2500€ verloren

„Ich habe vor über einem Monat mehrmals eine Selbstsperrung wegen Spielsucht beantragt – per E-Mail und Live-Chat. Mr. Pacho hat jeden einzelnen Antrag ignoriert und mich weiter spielen lassen. In dieser Zeit habe ich über 2500 € verloren. Bis heute ist mein Account immer noch nicht gesperrt. Ich kann mich jederzeit einloggen und werde sogar mit Boni gelockt.
Vorsätzlicher Betrug an süchtigen Spielern. Absolut widerlich.“
