Hello Mandy, I've looked at your order. You ordered on Good Friday, which is a BANK HOLIDAY in the UK as you probably well know. As detailed on the checkout there were no collections on the Easter Bank Holiday weekend including Bank Holiday Monday which meant that your order left us on the Tuesday morning and was delivered at 14.05 the next day. I fail to see how we have let you down to be quite honest.
