Nana Saves the Day!!

The items I ordered (twice) never…
The items I ordered (twice) never turned up (!) but the store just arranged to send them out to out to me yet again and said that they would deal with trying to trace what had happened to them. Given that the business was closed over the Christmas period, they still sorted everything out for me very efficiently and rapidly. I have now ordered a further item from them and am waiting for one item to come into stock to receive the full order.
