I wish I had read the reviews of this company before signing up! They take a % on all deposits and withdrawals and won't let you withdraw until you have uploaded every bit of personal data in unlikely photographs, each being rejected for spurious reasons. Literally no other site does any of these things to their customers. I wonder if I will ever get my winnings from them.

Avoid like the plague this site and there network sites are on the edge of being fraudulent. Never known so little payouts. Game interruptions. Logs you out all the time. They flood you with emails about offers everyday but you’ll never win of them. Safer gambling is a joke. And to top it off after months of spending thousands with minimal if not any withdrawals they will close your account because one the accounts was linked to an account that was self excluded 6 months ago. Where do I start...I played for weeks no problems and finally I won. Or did I?
As my withdrawl is still processing since 26th October on 27th October they wrote to me saying all documents ID a.d everything they needed was verified and all was good to go.

Today I get live chat asking me to verify documents again. I sent over SS of the chat I had on 27th saying everything verified then they come back with another excuse.
What's worse is they charging me £10.74 to withdrawl and its been 8 days processing.

Once I'm paid I will delete account and never use again.
Live chat pointless they tell you everyday they will email you back since this withdrawl I had 0 emails.

Take your money elsewhere and don't fund this place unless you want to wait weeks possibly years for a payout

On the plus side, Live Chat is answered promptly (not that they'll be able to help you with much) and my withdrawal was eventually honoured (after 8 days), but I found many issues with this book.

The biggest annoyance was the withdrawal process. I don't have an issue with providing verification documents, but to request a photo of you holding your ID AND bank card is ludicrous and just gives them an excuse to reject your documents for being 'blurry' or 'low quality'. Not that they will bother to tell you this until you chase them - the documents are simply removed from the portal. It's hard to come to any other conclusion than they are trying to make it as difficult as possible to withdraw any of your money.

And you'll be lucky to have any money to withdraw in the first place. Not only are the sportsbook odds terrible, you are charged to deposit AND withdraw and can only withdraw in whole £'s, so say you have £29.99 in your account you'll lose £1.99 of that. I actually had a small bet in the casino to take my balance slightly over £30 on the basis that I would have lost the money anyway.

Speaking of the casino I'd had a win on some free spins, but immediately gave up on the WR on realising they were taking real cash rather than the bonus balance. I also did not receive one matched sportsbook offer - which was slightly misleading when it specifically referred to 'today's offer'.

As others have said, the website is terrible. Aside from the performance, you will frequently be directed to 'Error! Page not found', or a bonus link bearing the legend 'UNDEFINED'. Surely all those deposit fees could go towards some beta testing?

It is hard to see how this book will last long when there are so many better places to go.
