Amazing Products, Customer Service, and Experience
My first order of Mr. Quintessential products was simply impeccable, from ordering right through to after-delivery support.
The products are of course the most important thing, and they're very high quality. I ordered some track pants and a beanie, both of which were individually packaged with supporting materials to keep them in shape during shipping. They both fit perfectly, and feel amazing.
So far I've warn them through a variety of temperatures while sitting sedentary in an office, and this is by far the most comfortable I have felt during a high variance day.
The service/support is very impressive. They called to check that my experience while ordering was satisfactory, and even more impressive was an email on the day of delivery. Because I'm in Australia the email was a little early, but it wasn't automated like one could expect which was a nice touch.
The parcel arrived with a hand written note showing appreciation for my custom and acknowledgement that it was my first order. Some supporting extras came with the products too.
I endeavor to update this review in the coming months after placing another order.
