I deposited and played fairly on MrRex Casino, only to have my £1,300 in winnings confiscated with the excuse that someone else in my household also had an account. They refunded only the deposits and voided all winnings — despite the fact that me and my girlfriend had separate accounts, emails, and IDs.

This is completely unacceptable for a casino licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. I followed all their terms — I played honestly, verified my account, and made a legitimate withdrawal. Then suddenly they accused me of breaching rules without providing clear proof or giving me a chance to defend myself.

After some research, I found dozens of reviews from other people with the exact same problem: MrRex and ProgressPlay casinos are repeatedly delaying or refusing withdrawals, especially when players win big.

I have now raised an official complaint with their support and will escalate this case to eCOGRA and the UK Gambling Commission if not resolved properly. This behaviour is very suspicious and feels like a scam to avoid paying real winners.

Avoid MrRex and any other casino run by ProgressPlay. They're hiding behind vague “terms and conditions” to block people from getting their legitimate winnings. If you value your money and time, stay far away.

Made deposit of £40 10/7/25 and withdrew £1,300. After providing the relevant documents money was in my account next day. Was sceptical but mrrex came up trumps. Great service.

Do not deposit with this company! Worst experience ever. Two weeks later and still not processes withdrawal. Keep asking for more and more forms of ID. Didn't mind when they took the deposit though. No joined up communication from customer service. Awful, don't waste your money and time!!

It’s now been 10 weeks I won £180 they said it would take 8 weeks, guess what it has been resolved and they have not told me details, also I sent my bank statements, and at the same time my email was hacked and not able to recover, so this is a scam/fraud

Thief’s this company , absolute disgusting customer service , deposited money and won then gave absolute appalling made up excuses for me not to get my money , I’ve explained I am suicidal now threw this and am seeking further help now with my Solicter and gambling commission etc , and will be fining to court I’ve also made my doctors aware and if anything will happen to me threw a a legitimate sign up they will be held liable and I’ve requested my subject access request also to prove this. what an absolute disgusting company and be warned you deposit and win Don’t think your getting it because your not they are keeping it

Deposited 20 and withdrew nearly £400 an hour later, withdrawal was accepted within an hour of making the request. Happy guy
