VERY HELPFUL sales enquiry team and on time delivery as always

Do not purchase. This is a fraudulent merchant. They firstly sent us items that are different from what is pictured, stating that their images are not real images, they are for marketing purposes. Secondly the items were collected in February and despite waiting for over a month, follow up requests, letters of demand over 6 months they won’t provide the refund as promised. This is fraud.

Returned items to them in February. Is is now October and they continue to say they are following up on a refund however no refund is provided. They actually just ignore, or pretend they are chasing it. It’s actually fraud.

Happy with my purchases, great place to buy all your needs. Would highly recommend.

I have bought products from this company twice now and would return again. Such responsive customer service, reliable and fast delivery.

We received our purchase. Excellent service on line. The only problem was our original purchase was out of stock. After 5 weeks I had to contact you to find out what was happening. Got an answer immediately. Upgraded our purchase for a stock item. Was told it would leave immediately and would be advised when it left warehouse. No information was sent to us. Had to contact you to find out where it was after 8 days.

Products ordered have not been received. No communication regarding back order or refund. Just nothing.

I got the products No problems, l did not receive a order confirmation email… and l did not receive a invoice….

I did not know the parts were coming until Couriers please sent me a Text

Exactly what i ordered and very quick delivery

Very fast delivery, masks were high quality (I haven't opened the second box, am yet to try those as they're a different brand).

For $45 the product was very poor quality.

I ordered an item and after a few days suddenly received a refund with no explanation. Not sure what happened.

It would be nice to know.

Placed an order but they failed to advise that product was out of stock and my order was going straight to back order. Only found out when I asked where my order was but too late I now have 3 empty dispensers!
