It works, it bloody works. I experienced noticeable improvement during my long training runs, that is from 30 to 60km (3 to 6 hour endurance effort). I am training for 90km ultra distance marathon and I take 1 x scoop approximately 1 hour before the workout and find HR is 5-10 beats per minute lower than average for the same perceived effort and average pace. I can now push harder while training and without experiencing fatigue. Blood flow is definitely improved and HR is beating consistently - I can’t wait for race day.
It does the job. I was chronically low in Hb and RCC count over 12 months. After taking recommended dosage, my Hb and RCC are back to normal levels!
