Works as it says, highly recommend this product. As per my review on the 285mls bottle. Only negative will be the measuring bottle, as its in 100mls increments. So keep your smaller bottle or get medicine cup.
Seems more bitty and taste is ok, but large size shows it settles a lot.

This stuff is awesome I’m having 15-20ml a day hour or 2 before workout and finally pushing past all the weights I’ve been stuck at. Can’t wait to see what the next couple months bring
