Good that I can take this prior to late night workouts without disturbing sleep like most pre-workout supplements.I prefer the Berrylicious flavor to Ice Blue Razz.
I have been using EN Pump as a pre-workout drink for a couple of years now and find it an excellent boost for weight training. Weight training is difficult at my age (72) and warming up can be slow and tedious. EN Pump has been exceptionally beneficial for me and has allowed me to make some measurable, and visually noticeable, muscle gains. I have stocked up on the product, and order well ahead of need. I admit I use more than the recommended dose, but there are absolutely no ill or side effects whatsoever. Only good feelings and outcomes. Great product; great value for money.

It may just be my age (I'm 71) but Elemental Pump is a terrific product. It's the best of all the proprietary products from Mr Supplement that I have used. It gives great vascular dilation (improving blood flow); has no side effects; no caffeine or other false stimulants; genuinely and very noticeably improves training and outcomes; and its effects and usefulness do not disappear over time. I buy the 1kg container because it's cost effective. I admit I take more than the recommended dose. But at my age? I've got nothing to lose. Using this more as a vassal diolater and nitric oxide booster, rather than a pre workout. For that I rate it.
