Tastes yum and it's very light. The chocolate flavour is not very sweet which I like - easy to drink.
Great tasting on it's own. Easy to blend also. Carbs are an essential fuel. I use both pre and post work out. And prior to sport.

Down 2 stars simply because the bag arrived with a huge tear in it! but the product? It works! I was sitting at 81kg and plateaued in my weight gain I'm now sitting just under 90kg... and that's using half servings at 625 calories per serve.
