Not as strong, disappointing
I only do for cardio and strength not mass gain as I am 60 years old. I take 2 capsules about 20 minutes before workout and it gives me a bit more 'oomph' for last 2 sets. My sets include push-ups, curls, ezybar curls, dumbell flys and pullovers and crunches. Personally I need to drink water throughout workout or it upsets my tummy a bit. Overall a good product to help with last few sets.

Haven't used this product for long enough to tell for sure but my gains have increased since I've been taking it so looks promising..
Solid stuff combined with even a half decent pre workout of your choice before training, you got yourself a great couple of hours to get you through your sessions and more

provides a bit of extra 'grunt' for the last few reps and helped me to push beyond routine. The black pepper in the capsules upset my tummy first time, so then drank glass of water about 15 minutes after taking and much better.
