Absolute horrible flavour, and the burning of the lips and mouth from the capsimax cayenne pepper extract is weird. Will struggle to finish let alone buy again
Keeps your hunger away
I use this during my workout and it does help with muscle soreness post workout. I recently swapped to the Ripped version of BCAAS to get two benefits. This is the best flavor.
