Came out the same day, fixed the problem with our dryer (had the part in his truck!) and even tightened up the handles on our refrigerator without charging us. Fair pricing as well. I definitely recommend!

Vasyl was extremely helpful! I though it was over for my washing machine but he brought it back to life and I’m washing cloths again!

I give Mr. V Appliance a 5 star rating. My refrigerator quit cooling so I called a big name repair company. 4 days later I was still waiting to get my fridge repaired. I got on google and started calling all the local repair companies. Mr. V Appliance came through. Dimitry Pashnyak, the technician, was in my kitchen diagnosing the problem within just a few hours. He was knowledgeable and professional. And so patient with all my questions! Even though the part had to be ordered, Dimitry was able to install the new part the next evening. He stayed until every test was complete on an evening were having freezing rain and snow. The customer service was top notch. I will be recommending Mr. V to all my family and friends.

From the second I called Mr. V, I got top notch service. I told them the issue I had with my fridge and I was very surprised that they were able to immediatly schedule me for the same day. I was also impressed with their hours which were very convenient for me because I come home later in the evening. When the gentleman came, he was very respectful and quickly diagnosed the issue. I was shocked that he had the exact part that needed fixing right in his service vehicle! They were very affordable, quick, and my fridge was back to cooling in no time!
