Absolute imbeciles. Plant delivery shipped via MRW. Delayed and delivered to incorrect address TWICE. Delivery driver contacted and even with full clarification of address by garden centre manager and intended recipient they still managed to deliver to wrong address. I gave up and asked for a refund. Absolute clowns

No answer where my missing package is.
Delivery driver Sayed it's delivered but he was the onliest person who got acces this day to the house.
So MRW stuff is stealing.

This is absolutely the WORST delivery service I ever used. I think I could have been to the sending country four or five times to pick it up myself and still it would be much faster than their service.
I ordered some products on a foreign website and they sent them the next day. I received some notifications once in a while until the day when it was simply written that it has already been delivered! Of course I phoned them, they argued with me saying that this was exactly what happened (although it cannot be true as we’re working remote and we would know if someone was here to deliver it). So, two days after it said on their website that the package was somewhere near. I phoned them to know more but the girl on the phone was absolutely useless and rude (as they all are).
I’m still waiting for my “urgent” package.
In a nutshell - DONT EVER USE IT !!! It deserves zero stars or minus 100 stars. I’m so freaking mad at this useless bunch of unprofessional workers.

The worst courier company ever. They on two occasions have lost items. They always say we tried delivering, we have the wrong address. No other company has this issue. Security cams also prove they never attempt delivery. Why do companies use them as their courier. They cost business, time and patience. Incredibly poor

Horrible company,i ordered from Spain to England a parcel and for 2 weeks they keept the parcel without delivering it to Uk and when i contacted the comapny wich chosse them like shipping company they told them that they dont deliver to Uk anymore.
They even didnt told them that from the begining wich was normal to do.
The WORST SHIPPING COMPANY ON THE PLANET.
I lost 2 weeks of wainting for something that was vitatal for my bussines so i need now to postpone the opening of the salon because of them.
Luky the company that sell the product was very professional and they send it now with DHL.

Absolutly useless company, waiting 3 bloody days for my package, track and tracé says that the package was in Arco de Bauhle and not deliverd to the Camping, there is only one Campino Arco de Bauhle you lazy sh.. to bloody lazy to do your job right.you don't even deserve one star,DO NOT USE MRW to send your parcels and packages,you will regret it.

I've bought some products and the shop sent them with MRW Spain. I've received them next day and all was in order. I'm surprised about the bad reviews; was I very lucky? I don't know, but I would like to thank MRW for the excellent service received!

Very difficult to get your item delivered and suddenly you are told it can be picked up at their office.

MRW only problems and call them on phone in Portugal is not possible as they let the music play 30 min to make big money 💰. Support by in. Portugal is unfriendly and unprofessional.

I paid twice for an emergency package. Pick up was organized. No confirmation email was sent, payment was done twice. when I called, they hanged up twice on me... but before they told me that the data tak 3 days to go into the system from internet. emergency sending????? they robbed me... purely with no shame. can this really be happening in our times????

They are not able to deliver the package. One day sent an sms that the address is incorrect, right next day they say that they were at my house, but no one was at home, and another day they tell me again that adesa is bad again ... They are not able to pick up the phone and call you. This is a second bad experience with MRW.

This. Is the second delivery MRW have not delivered! I have been at home for 4 days waiting for this delivery they told me today that I have to pick it up? They lie that they tried to deliver twice! I haven't left the house! When I challenged them they sent a photo of my gate that's on Google maps! Terrible service 😞

Really rude delivery man. I received a call, that my package is going to be delivered on that day. He asked me if I'm at home. I said the delivery address is in the local cafe so he can drop it there. He asked me if I can pick it up in their office, when I told him I can't and asked him politely to deliver it on the required address, he snapped at me, that this is unbelievable, started to complain and hang up on me... Very unprofessional approach.

Really bad. They never came and supposedly state we were not home. Lazy or dishonest service, I am very surprised companies still select this provider to ship their orders.

The delivery was two to three days late. By the time it finally arrived I was not at home.

When I tried to contact them on the only phone number provided, I was put on hold for ages.....

When I finally got through, I could hardly hear the gentleman at the other end and before he managed to pass me a phone number for the local office in Lisbon, the line was cut.

Why does the web page or the non-delivery message not state the local contact numbers? Why does MRW not try to help solve the issue in case of non-delivery?

One of the most horrible cargo deliverer companies out there. Could not find my address, had my number but wouldn't call, when I contact them they would tell me I am not authorized to make changes and lots of other no-sense, they act as if the company MRW owns to someone else.

So, first you receive a message that the delivery will happen within the next 24-48 hrs. But you don't receive the delivery. After waiting 4 days, they try to make a delivery on a day where you are unfortunately not at home. So you schedule online a new delivery for the next day. But obviously they don't deliver on the scheduled day. Then they "try" to deliver the next day - you are at home but they send you a message that they couldn't deliver and then you have to pick up the sending at a MRW pick up point which ist Kilometers away! That is ridiculous! If I see a store has MRW as their partner for deliveries, I'm not ordering from there anymore! And of course the so called "customer hotline" is not working

Devo dizer que depois de fazer a encomenda vim ler algumas críticas sobre a empresa, e fiquei bastante apreensivo pois quase todas as experiências relatadas são negativas. No entanto, a minha encomenda chegou de Espanha para Portugal em perfeitas condições e foi entregue na minha morada em 3 dias (o prazo dado foi entre 2-4 dias). O estafeta que fez a entrega tocou à campainha e eu estava ocupado e não consegui abrir imediatamente a porta, ainda assim esperou e voltou a tocar e foi extremamente simpático ao entregar a encomenda. Obrigado pelo vosso serviço.

I should say that after I ordered the package I came to read some reviews about the company. I became really apprehensive since practically all of the reviews were negative. That being said my package arrived from Spain to Portugal in perfect conditions and was delivered in my address in 3 days (the delivery date was 2-4 days). The delivery guy rang the bell and I was busy and couldn't immediately attend the door, even so he waited and rang a second time, and he was extremely nice while delivering the package. Thank you for your service.
