Pulling Teeth is a Better Experience
My experience with them was like "pulling teeth". After multiple messages, I couldn't get them to send me a payment link to check out for the watch I ordered. Also, the reviews on their site look totally fake. Additionally, the watches in the attached images of their reviews don't match the descriptions that's in the actual reviews. Can you scream FAKE and SCAM?!
To add insult to injury, I messaged with a rep who was condescending, and unprofessional. Who in their right business mind would message a customer, that actually ordered something from said company, or any customer for that matter that they could order from somewhere else? Like, thanks Captain obvious!
My sage advice is to take heed to this review and steer well clear of them.
Update: My review is both "spot on" in its content and specificity toward mrwatch.to. There is no doubt or mistake on my part; however, a tremendous error on the rep/vendor/company's part. If anything, the only mistake, of which I have no control, is not being able to rate them as a ZERO. Further, the reality of customer service experience rests entirely with the customer, not the company's skewed perception. Plus, the responder left the contact info block blank which "speaks" volumes in opposition to the reply. In other words, the reply is an utter and complete farce/BS.
ALL - Don't be fooled or led astray by their grossly inaccurate, insinuating, and misleading reply. AGAIN, I STRONGLY SUGGEST STEERING WELL CLEAR OF MRWATCH.TO!
