Been trying to get in contact with…

Been trying to get in contact with their customer support regarding my order through emails and insta messages and no reply whatsoever. Ordered their polar fleece jacket over 3 weeks ago and have no received any updates, tracking info etc.
Been trying to contact them for more information and the only thing received is their automated email saying they will get back to me in 48hrs, which they did not.

My daughter has a faulty hoodie

My daughter has a faulty hoodie, we have emailed 3 times no response and sent an instagram message. Really poor Customer Service I wouldn't shop again with this brand and we were regular customers.

Sent me the wrong colour hoodie to what…

Sent me the wrong colour hoodie to what I ordered and I have sent them a couple of emails to the support email as you cannot call them and I have heard nothing and it’s been over 3 weeks now. Very bad customer service. Will not be buying anything from them again.

Terrible customer service

I love mr winston as a brand but they have an absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. This is the second order I’ve made where I’ve tried to return it, silly me thinking they would’ve improved they’re response time and return system by now… guess not. If you’re uncertain about the jumper you’re purchasing and you think you may want to return it I suggest DONT PURCHASE. They will never get back to you on returning an item it’s actually really bad and could probably take it up with fair trade. On their website it says to contact the specific email to process a return yet you quite literally get nothing back. Very upset and disappointing
