MrWinterWheels.co.uk Reviews

Although the ordering of the wheels / tyres went well, they failed to inform me the tyres I'd ordered weren't in stock so would delay my delivery for up to a week - so much for next day delivery. Only found out when I rang to ask why my order hadn't been delivered. Had to order different tyres instead.

So i rang Mr Winter Wheels and spoke to Byron. I needed some advice regarding some steel wheels for a Ford Transit.
He was so helpful and gave me all the information i needed.
I placed the order and within less than 24 hours the wheels were delivered.
The service and advice is remarkable.
I only wish other companies were like this one.

Excellent website which made the ordering of a set of winter wheels for my 2021 BMW330e plug-in hybrid a breeze. The Wheels arrived a week early and fitted perfectly with the very helpful instructions provided. These wheels had TPMS valves fitted which can often be a problem when changing from Summer to Winter but in this case, it was easy once you told the car that it was a manual selection which you specified. All-in-all thoroughly recommended

Really Good. Bought wheels for VW Passat GTE ( hybrid). The site identified that the cheaper steel wheels could not be fitted to this mode so had to go for alloys. After ordering got a call from a lady who offered that the tyres bought where not available but lower 94 rated where which suited my car. Got the idea the lady didn't suffer fools gladly...... Wheels arrived a little late but given the horrendous weather it was a huge plus to DHL they turned up only a day late. Wheels where in perfect condition, went straight on and car drives great. Totally recommend this site

Altogether a great experience. Attentive helpful staff and excellent customer care attention post-purchase. A pleasure to deal with. I don’t normally post recommendations, but the overall service was so good, it’s the least I can do to show my appreciation.

Outstanding customer service. I ordered a set of 4 alloy wheels fitted with winter tyres after a very helpful phone call during which all my questions were answered fully. The wheels arrived two days earlier than expected. On inspection I noticed one wheel had a very small amount of damage. I phoned up to discuss the problem and without hesitation I was told the wheel would be picked up the following day, replaced and sent back to me. Within five working days the new wheel was back in my garage. Outstanding. Well done.

I wanted 17 inch wheels for a VW Golf R.
My local VW dealership said 17 inch wheels won't fit because the brake calipers are too big.
Mr Winter Wheels found a handful of wheels which they said would fit, with their fit guarentee. I rang Mr Winter Wheels before ordering to mention that VW themselves said 17 inch won't fit, but the customer service agent explained they double check with the registration plate and with the manufacturer's specifications.
I ordered and am happy to report Mr Winter Wheels were right!
Very pleased with the wheels and winter tyres.

They were great and very knowledgeable when buying and now 3 years later when I'm selling them on privately they very quickly provided me with any info I need for the new buyer - hard to fault these people!

Great service. Knowledgable sales team. Would recommend.

WOW what an amazing company,re Sprinter Van - great prices rapid delivery and good quality wheels. Excellent service from Byron regarding a second set of alloys for a new shape Mercedes E class Cabriolet. He had them type approved and shipped them specially for us from Germany in record time. Thank you, keep up the good work, it's great to find a company who actually know how to give excellent service.

Wheels fit fine, helpful instructions.

Fantastic company - great products and helpful staff

Could not have been more helpful, tailored the exact tyre and wheel package for my car. Had to wait a little longer for delivery but that was down to my tyre choice so not a problem. Arrived in excellent condition and a good price.

Helpful easy to use website. Ordered a set of 4 alloy wheels. Pleased with the price and quick delivery with guarantee and note for torque setting. Wheels look good on the car.

Early days for the Winter tyres themselves, although I note that they definitely have more wet and cold grip than the summer tyres I had on until just recently, MrWinterWheels were really easy to order from and everything was delivered efficiently and in perfect order.

The quality of the wheels seems good and I would thoroughly recommend them.

4 wheels and tyres, (fitted and balanced). Ordered on a Thursday for delivery the following Monday.
They arrived on Saturday morning. How's that for great service and all the way from Kent to Scotland!
Fitted them just in time for the cold weather. (Got some serious hills to contend with here)! No problems with balance.
Was hoping they would arrive in bags but packaged in cardboard with absolutely no damage.
Had major problems with other companies who won't deliver to Scotland or kept on delaying with stories about high demand and no stock resulting in cancellation.
Would highly recommend Mr.Winter wheels and will use them again.

Great service
Set of wheels and tyres for E93 330 M sport.
Quick delivery, fit perfectly, no issues at all. Wheels appear good quality, would definitely recommend
Also the tyres, Continental TS860, are excellent.

The service I received was excellent, as an unsure customer I was guided through options and provided reassurance about compatibility and manufacturer recommended options and when the wheels/tyres arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly it was the cream on the cake!
Very helpful, very professional, will be visiting again!
