MSC World America
Over all it was a great experience especially for the first time cruiser. Food is average, pizza and burger excellent. Services, cleanliness, entertainment, spa facilities and massage all excellent .
Staff are lovely and helpful special mention to Les Dunnes Restaurant staff Hacel, Myra,Angel, Maktum , Archie the gym instructor, our cabin steward Wadirat they are all accommodating to all our needs.In general I find all the staff mostly nice . I can’t wait to sail again in MSC in the near future.

No quite areas on this ship to read a book. Buffet is just madness.. food not great. With this new ship they have less entertainment and seating areas now to make more room for cabins. On the sea days it really shows how little there is entertainment wise. We had a cold breezy sea day and they have only one small indoor pool. You can imagine the crowds at that on a cold sea day.

Buffet is a serious issue that needs to be addressed. Dont allow too many people in cruise if you cant cater for them. The only alternative dining was Sushi which i dont eat. Sushi was practucally empty most nighs. Suggested to mgr to have food at pool deck to take away some of crowds in buffet- they did this thankfully
