Once our orders are processed through the vendor system, our supplies are shipped out immediately. Your website is terrible
Your website is terrible. I searched for Concrete Drill Bits and got mainly Concrete Anchors. There were 46 pages of items and page 1 was only one drill bit and 23 anchors. I have anchors, I need drill bits. I am NOT looking thru 46 pages for the drill bit that I need. I've always had this issue with your website. Ask of one thing and also get so many other things, might be related, but not what I wanted.

My MSC rep. is great to work with. If MSC carries a product, that you are in need, delivery can be as quick as overnight. He can and will look for alternatives. I could not ask for more. If a delivery has been delayed, he's kept me in the loop. Returns calls promptly. Always social, helpful and polite.
