I received an empty box instead of an Aloris tool post. I called twice and was told the credit department would have to Okay the credit and if I want to have them ship another post before the credit is issued, they would have to charge my credit card again. It is 2 days later and I have not heard anything about the credit. In my opinion, this is very poor customer relations.

MSC used to be much better all the way around. Their service, pricing, selection, and shipping, etc. has slipped dramatically. This isn't about one experience but over all and I've been a customer since the '80s. My review is based on many experiences with them.
