Someone had hit my vehicle and I had damage on to the side of my vehicle above the wheel. I was referred to MSC repairs by my insurance company. This was the first time ever having a car accident and having to go through my insurers.

My car was collected by the garage and dropped back to me 9 days, which was quicker than I was intially told. I was so impressed with the work, my car looked like brand new and you would have never known there had been any damage.

Kaylan who dropped it back for me was so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this garage.

My vehicle was damaged whilst parked , broken rear light , dented on rear panel and roof aerial damaged .
MSC collected the car on Wednesday at the agreed time , by a very friendly and courteous assessor. Monday afternoon, phone call to say car was ready to be returned. On arrival, car repaired to a very high standard , nicely cleaned inside and out and same driver again very polite and friendly. Top job , would recommend these guys to anyone. A big thumbs up to the assessor , My Kalyan. A credit to the company .

I recently went to this garage for a car repair estimate, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They gave me an absolutely outrageous quote of £2,696.80 for the repairs. Suspecting something was off, I decided to get a second opinion from a different garage. Guess what? The other garage quoted me £500 for the exact same job! That’s right, almost 5 TIMES cheaper!

Now, here’s where it gets worse. I didn’t even use any of their services—I was simply asking for an estimate. They had the audacity to charge me £60 just for that estimate. Fine, I thought, I'll ask for a refund since I clearly wasn't going to go ahead with their extortionate pricing. I’ve called their office numerous times, explained the situation, and asked for my money back. But no, they REFUSE to give me a refund, despite the fact that I haven’t used a single service from them.

This garage is a complete rip-off and clearly preys on unsuspecting customers. Their pricing is dishonest, and their customer service is atrocious. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers—they only care about getting money out of you by any means necessary.

I would strongly advise anyone—whether you're going through insurance or paying for repairs out of your own pocket—AVOID this place like the plague. They will overcharge you, refuse to refund you, and provide absolutely no value for your money. Save yourself the frustration and take your business to a trustworthy garage that doesn't try to scam you with absurd estimates.

Zero integrity, zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

What a fantastic company. I received 1st class service and I was so happy with the repair to my car body work. You get a brand new looking car. The repair centre kept me fully updated at all times and a very nice guy called Kalim delivered my car within the exact time frame arranged.

Phil and the team have been outstanding from start to finish repairing my car. The guys are excellent communicators and totally committed to the job in hand! My car proved to be a real pain but Phil and the team went above and beyond and their fantastic attention to detail and dedication ensured it came out looking better than ever.
