Adam came and repaired our boiler after another engineer had failed us.
Adam was professional and worked until almost 12 midnight to ensure we had hot water before he left.
Good service and very professional. Thank you, definitely would recommend them…

Greg came out at short notice (like, 3 hours notice, when contacted by my electrician) to first diagnose what was wrong with my boiler (was fusing all the electrics in the house). He then returned the next day to fit a replacement (the original was a write-off).
He and his colleague worked hard, all day. They pushed on through til 11pm to get the job finished before they left. HEROES.
They fitted the boiler well, tidied up the mess of pipes left by previous fitters from the old boiler, fitted a much tidier flue, and cleaned up well after themselves.
Cannot commend them highly enough. Helpful, efficient, polite, and tidy.

So pleased to have found these guys as it can be hard to find reliable gas engineers. The fact they're accredited by Vaillant was a plus for us as we have a Vaillant boiler and a sealed system with booster, pump and hot water cylinder that needs someone who really knows what they're looking at. Realised on a Wednesday evening that the heating hadn't come on all day and was no longer working. With the cold weather we needed the boiler looked at quickly. Called MS at 7am on Thursday when they opened and Ryan fitted in a diagnostic appointment that same morning. After a thorough inspection he found the issue and I was delighted he was able to return later in the afternoon, with the part needed, to do the repairs. By Thursday 5pm we had heating again. Ryan was very nice to deal with and left our boiler area spotless. Won't hesitate to use MS Heating and Plumbing again, or to recommend to others.

MS Heating and Plumbing did an excellent job replacing an old, temperamental boiler. They cleaned up and moved the pipework and venting to ensure that the new boiler worked perfectly. They installed a Google Nest to give greater control over the new system. Greg put in a long day to ensure that it was all completed in one go which was really appreciated.

I would not hesitate to recommend them for heating and plumbing work and I am sure I will be using them in the future.

Ryan and Greg were so helpful and couldn’t recommend them enough. They both came to fit a new boiler and were very thorough with all aspects of the job. Both great guys too with a sense of humour which makes a big difference!

Much relieved to have found good reviews for MS Heating and Plumbing on-line and was even more relieved to find they lived up to their reputation. I logged a call on their website on Sunday, and heard back by email the same day, with a rough quote. Ryan Campbell was communicative, managed expectations and was able to fit in a booking in SE5. The boiler was up and running by Monday evening at what seems a reasonable cost given the spare part involved. For those in need of peace of mind, I'd certainly recommend MS H&P. They will be my first choice in future.

I called up this company for a emergency call out the engirneer was efficient and very honest, he diagnosed the fault, informed me of the issue and had the Boiler working. I would recommend this engirneer and company to anyone who needs a high class Gas Safe Engirneer.

Helpful advice (putting the client ahead of themselves), flexible when changes needed and understanding of clients needs, MS heating and plumbing have managed a large project (2 new bathrooms, tanks, radiators, water softener, new gas cooker connection among other jobs) with minimal fuss and stress. V happy to recommend.

I can't recommend Msheatingandplumbing enough. If I have any plumbing problems (God forbid :)) I won't be looking anywhere else. Very happy customer.
