0 stars rubbish app and false advertisement

Does not at all do what it offers and just trys to get you to pay more and more money for something that dosnt work asked for a refund after 5 day and speaking to the chat (who told me it dosnt support half the features it did on the website!) Now wont give me a refund after false advertisement and terrible customer services emailed back and forth to no avail I cant use the app as it dosnt do as promised and cant get a refund because the keep providing me with general emails stating their refund policy which apparently wont give u a refund even though the actual app dosnt work will be contacting training standards stay well clear of this company!

Dont do it

Do not use. Arrogant customer service hidign behind generic emails. I was in within my legal rights to cancel within 7 days and they refused ..as I said it was my legal right to a refund given the service advertised is nothing like it when you see the platform. it does nothing to protect children as advertised. its more for people to check on cheating partners it seems. dont sign up

Scam....offered money back guarantee…

Scam....offered money back guarantee then refused to after only 2 days /to complicated / didn't do what i thought it should be able to do. If I could rate negative star I would. Don't use.

They are liars and thief's

This company is a joke and complete garbage. Do not use this service. You are just throwing your money away. They completely lied to me and said it was a 2-minute setup and that I could do it without the person ever knowing. Then once I pay they say I have to root the phone which is going to be obvious to the phone owner. When I asked for a refund because they lied to me and did not offer the service they promised, they flat out said no and refused to give me my money back. Run for the hills it doesn't work. It didn't do a single thing and said it would. It's a garbage company with garbage customer service. Do not support them.

I would give 0 star if I could

I would give 0 star if I could. This is a SCAM, do not trust them.
After my first payment, I was informed payment was unsuccessful and a new link was provided with 50% discount. I made a second payment, and subsequently saw that I was charged twice. I have requested for a refund on this double payment and the company still hasn't responded despite multiple emails and tickets.
The monitoring App doesn't work as expected (eg, you cannot view photos that were exchanged on WhatsApp, not even stickers or emojis) and i requested for refund after many chats with their technicians and the technician confirming the app's inabilities. The billing team promptly declined the refund request and shared a link stating when refunds will not be allowed. None of them applies to my situation but the billing team was not able to explain why refund cannot be processed. Instead it was a flat "company discretion".
Complete scammers. How can you double charge or refuse refund for a product that doesn't work (please don't send me another senior technician, I have spoken to many of them). And I see now I am not alone on this. Maybe all the scammed customers should do something together.
I have contacted my credit card company about this and hope they can do something about it. If anyone has any success case of chasing back their money, please share.

Scammers...

Scammers.... I placed an order for parentaler and ended up with them. Then they charged me extra addons that I couldn't remove! They claimed they bought that other company, but if you did then forward customers to the new business.. The features that were shown on parentlaer were different, and if I wanted those features I had to upgrade to extreme and pay even more money!
