I reversed into a taxi and damaged the front bonnet and bumper 🤦🏼‍♂️ I got recommended MSRT by a friend so I rang up and spoke to Lewis and sent over pictures and he had the taxi in with in a week and done a amazing job he was very polite and professional and couldn’t recommend him enough !

Lewis owner of msrt. Well what can I say this guy went absolutely above and beyond to get my car sorted. Laden with obstacles (biggest one was me living miles away) but this guy came through and saved the day. The quality of work is second to none and will be definitely recommending him to anyone I know who needs paint/bodywork doing. So sorry Lewis might have to do some more miles haha genuine guy and pristine craftsmenship.

Lewis is a really nice guy and vey enthusiastic.
He repaired the wheel arches on my vehicle which due to its age needed renovation.
Looks an excellent job and he is very competitive with his prices.
Would have no problem in recommending him!

Don’t waste your time with Lewis

Had my car 3 months(12 weeks to date from drop off to finally being able to see the car and collect) for a job that was agreed to take 5 days

Couldn’t even asker phone for 3 weeks

Then told me it’ll be ready every day for next 9 weeks

Gave me every excuse in the book. He knew I had been in hospital after an MX crash yet didn’t care that he’d point blank lie time after time

In the end got the car back was worse than when it went in

Had to send it off again to another company to sort
-Had paint runs everywhere
-Nibs in the base coat
-Scratches on the Newley painted areas
-Missed sports that still required filling and was told yea sorry we missed them.
-Left windows down while filling so the whole car needed a deep clean inside out and all the carpets wet vaccing

Drove Upto his unit 9 times and on 2 occasions as we turned up seen his van drove past with him driving as he exited his work estate but upon ringing him was told that he’s working away in Cheshire which is over an hour away. After telling him I just seen him was told yea only passing by to get stuff.

Spoke to Lewis on return of the car about the issues and was told only be a flat and polish that I’ll come sort that this weekend
Waited for 3 weeks then sent it off to be done by an actual painter.

Would have rather scrapped the car then dealt with that headache again. Happy to attach or send pictures videos to anyone interested

Great communications. Very pleased with the repairs to the paintwork. Both lads were polite and professional throughout. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely amazing work from start to finish. The team was extremely professional and friendly and the work they provided was next to none. We will not be using anyone else going forward. Thank you lads for an amazing, reliable, clean service. Turned up on time. Cleaned up after themselves and I’d even go as far to say I think my garden was cleaner when they left than what it was when they arrived! Really happy!

Great service and a very competitive price for dent repair and respray on front wing of 12yr old Kia Rio. The job has made it look like new, I am very pleased and would definitely recommend MSRT 😀

After being recommended by a friend, I contacted MSRT and spoke to Lewis regarding a scuffed bumper.
On the day Lewis completed the job and actually did a bit extra to make the car look really good. Lovely bloke and a very competitive price would definitely use again.

Contacted the guys by phone and explained my problems and arranged date and time for repairs. Arrived on time told me what they needed and cracked on really nice guys very polite put me at ease from the off.Three hours later job completed the rear bumper, side skirt and front spoiler all like new excellent job guys can't emphasise how good a job they did. Contacted MSRT and spoke to Lewis. He gave me a competitive price on sorting a dent on the wheel arch of my vehicle. A date was arranged. Even though he became stuck in motorway traffic he still attended and sorted my car into the evening. His workmanship was great and now you would never know there had been any damage . He is a very pleasant person to deal with and I have no reservations in recommending his workmanship. I have booked another vehicle in with MSRT already.

Lewis is very easy to deal with, very professional, prompt service, would highly recommend.

Lewis a friendly great guy brill repair an paint match only minor issue had to clay bar most of the car to remove the overspray however spray conditions on the day where far from ideal. Give Lewis a call for any bodywork problems.

Excellent Service:
After sending photo's of scuffs and scratches on front paintwork of my Audi TT Lewis promptly came out and did an excellent repair job with colour perfectly matching. Highly recommended

I had some deep paint scuffs which had gone right through to the black plastic/fibre base on my front wing. After sending photos of the damage to MSRT we arranged a mutually convenient time and date for someone to come and do the job at my home. Lewis arrived and finished the job in just over an hour, doing a fantastic job. It’s now impossible to tell that there ever was any damage. Great job!

Easy to deal with, explained the options and was happy to answer all my questions. Then went out of his way to fit the collection etc around my availability. As for the finished wheels I was blown away by what had been achieved. Couldn’t be happier thanks Lewis 👍
