Terrible. Item didn’t arrive. No response from them. Don’t recommend

There a very nice company to deal with and they have very good products to choose from at very good quality prices .

I’ve not received my order. About to cancel and contact my credit card company

I really wanted to try this company. Placed order for 3 pair of anti-chafing shorts. I had to email them for status because two weeks went by and hadn't heard anything. The 2nd star is only because of their customer service with answering email. They immediately sent and said it would have extra pairs. The main problem is when I finally received the order it was completely WRONG. No body shorts/anti-chafing shorts anywhere in the package just 3 pair of long black tights. Messaged them AGAIN but at this point I'm underwhelmed and probably won't purchase again because it's been a hassle just to try to get those shorts.

Paid for overnight shipping to have these before an event…received them 10 days later. Would have never ordered if I had known “next day shipping” was a joke. Item came too late and not able to have by event. Will never order from this site again.

I have purchased tights from MSshape several times now, because I have not been able to find the quality and size anywhere else. They wear out eventually, but last longer than any other tights I have found, especially since I am tall.
However, my order did not come, until I contacted the company. After I emailed, they delivered promptly and compensated me for my wait.

Confortable, soft and durable. Beautiful color. Fits my size. Thank you for the pack 80 denier opaque tights.
Very satisfied.

Took almost three weeks to arrive. Did not need by the time it got here. Needed for a cruise that I had returned from by the time I received them.

I was informed 6 months after I placed an order that there had been an IT glitch.

The IT glitch seems to affect the customer service email as well since no responses came back from the customer service team.

According to other reviews this is their MO for how they do business.

They don’t ever seem to have these glitches on the payment side of the transaction. That gets processed immediately.

I had to go to the bank to get that money back.

I placed this order on Sept 24,2023. The item was needed by Oct 17. I just received it Nov 20. I responded to an email apologizing for the delay. I stated to cancel the order completely as I no longer needed. And it arrives anyway and I was charged the 17.41. Not worth the time to return....

I placed an order about 2 weeks ago, but it never shipped, and I cannot get into contact with the company. I'm worried that I will never receive my order.

Ordered 2 pairs of black tights 20 deniers size D and received one pair. Also the pair I received this time should be the same as the pair I ordered 10 days ago but it is 2 inches longer… order US8431 is that most recent order

I have been really impressed with the quality of the products.

My only issue at this time is that I received a wrong item in my order.

I attempted to reach out to the company to adjust the order.

Even multiple weeks later I have never gotten a response.

Horrible customer service and poor quality product. I ordered 3 pair of tights for my wife. The color is way wrong with the caramel being pumpkin orange. The texture is horrible as well. I have contacted the company 3 times for a refund and they will not respond. I am contacting my credit card to reverse the charge at this point. Do not order from this company. They also took over a week before they shipped when the website says it ships in 2 days. I should have trusted the other reviews. You have been warned, shop elsewhere.
Update....I forwarded the emails I sent to Ms shape (with no response) to my credit card company along with the screen shots of the reviews showing the company only responds to good reviews. The reviews also show a track record of poor customer service not responding to refund requests.. My credit card company sided with me and reversed the charge. Order elsewhere or you will be fighting for your money back. This company has horrible customer service practices.

Have been attempting a return of the 3 items using MsShape return guidelines. No response from 2 emails sent to them whereby they send the return label, etc. Took 2 weeks to receive my order and you have 30 days from date of order for returns. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

I have emailed twice about a return and no reply. The cup size is so small even though I ordered E. customer service needs to reply!!! (Good quality but small)

They fit perfectly. No rolling down at waist. Very comfortable.

Buyer beware! I bought the wrong size, the website has no phone number and tells you to email them for returns and that items returned without authorization will not be accepted. I emailed TWICE and have heard nothing!!
