I ordered a few tee shirts that didn’t fit exactly right. The MTailor folks (Jodie) stepped in an made the remake process extremely smooth. They communicated clearly throughout the process. Their customer service was as good as it gets. As I told them, we need many more organizations to follow the excellence.

I came to MTailor after getting fed up with cheaply made store brought shirts. The process is very simple with easy step by step instructions. I will say I had an issue with my measurement video the first time around but staff reached out immediately and provided assistance with getting my measurements corrected. When my shirt came in it was very high quality and most importantly it was the perfect fit. If you’re looking for clothing you can count on and feel confident in look no further. I will definitely be purchasing more shirts soon and I can’t say thanks enough to the wonderful team that played a part in my first purchase.

I was initially skeptical, but my experience so far has been fantastic. It starts with using your phone to obtain your measurements. From there your orders get a free remake. My first shirt was close but the remake spot on. I am awaiting the remake of a suit. Again, very easy process to request tweaks. Online service reps are quick and efficient!

Bought jeans in 2018 and perfect fit, just reordered and they had kept me measurements from 2018 and these jeans also fit perfectly.

This what's my first time ordering from MTaylor. For the price points I was very nervous but I took a chance it was the best chance I ever took when ordering from an online clothing manufacturer. The fabric is phenomenal! The measuring process was fun and when I received the suit it was exactly what I ordered and fit my husband perfectly. I'm getting ready to order something else just for the heck of it. Thank you for phenomenal job

I was a bit skeptical of this suit shop ~ seemed to good to be true but wow! Impressed. Suit arrived on time and fits perfect. I bought a dress shirt to go with it and that was a smart move.

I ordered a polo shirt from MTailor. It took about 3 weeks from measurement/order to delivery.

This is the 3rd shirt that I ordered. 2 dress shirts and now a polo.

I redid my measurements for this shirt as I have lost 25 lbs since my order of the 2 dress shirts. MTailor confirmed that I wanted to redo the measurements before continuing with the order.

When the shirt arrived the fit in the chest and waist was very good. The length of the shirt is great as I have a long torso and usually have trouble with shirts not being long enough.

This will not be my last order.

I have purchased four items of clothing from M Taylor, the service has been excellent and the items are of quality. When the items didn’t fit as well as I would have liked, and Taylor quickly remedy the situation, and now the fit is fantastic I would recommend them.

I have ordered 3 pairs of pants (shorts, pants and jeans). My last order was jeans which needed a remake and still did not fit. I have written several times and have text to no avail. No one will respond to me. I will not do business with a company that does not provide any response regarding customer service.

Love this company! My shirt was a little small and they fixed it with no hesitation and I received my new one 2 weeks later. It was awesome.

I have ordered from MTailor for a few years now and have always appreciated the quality of fit. Recently, I had to have my first remake done and the experience was flawless. They had me take a few photos and quickly sent me a replacement Black Tuxedo that now fits great. I will continue to be a loyal customer and look forward to MTailor expanding their offerings

I decided to try MTailor and am not disappointed. The communication was great and customer service was as good or better than any I have ever experienced. I received the first suit, and it was snug in a few locations. I took a few pictures and submitted them with a description of the issues, received a prompt response, and a completely new suit arrived in a couple of weeks that was perfect! I will use them again.
