Highly recommend these guys

Highly recommend these guys. The product was on sale, and came in flawless condition. Would have arrive ahead of schedule if it wasn't for a mix up with the phone number on the initial order, which the staff at MTBIKER (lookin at you Matej!) were absolutely wonderful about, and really helpful, on the ball within minutes. Can't praise them enough.
If you somehow end up having issues with these guys, it's gotta be you, not them.

I bought a 809€ Marin bike

I bought a 809€ Marin bike. It arrives broken. Customer support tells me "it's not our problem, it's the logistics" and "we can offer a 50€ refund if your want"

I thought it was a joke. This is criminal!

MTBIKER best customer service

MTBIKER had part that I needed, and they shipped it in less than 24 hour.
I had a bih problem with delivery service im my country, and customer service was wonderful.
So 10 stars to MTBIKER, and 0 stars to DPD delivery service.
