Excellent quality SRAM mineral oil bleed fitting — definitely not some cheap aftermarket part. Everything fits perfectly and works exactly as it should. I’ve already used it many times without any issues.

Shipping was very fast, the order tracking was clear and easy to follow, and the website is very user-friendly. I often order from this website as a bike mechanic and i love the high number of high quality tools you can buy, or oil greese ect. .Overall a great shopping experience, highly recommended!

Ordered a bike, after a few days their support mailed me that the package was returned to them because there was damage to the box in the delivery centre. They inspected it, packed it in a new box, and shipped it again. Everything came undamaged and in good shape, but it took a little bit longer.

I have ordered an item for €9,99 and paid €5,99 for transportation. I wanted to return it since it deviated from the description and they would have charged me €9,99 for the return. This is very bad service.
Update: In the meanwhile they came back to me with very helpful suggestions so I had to modify my initial rating. Very good customer service at the end!

Highly recommend these guys. The product was on sale, and came in flawless condition. Would have arrive ahead of schedule if it wasn't for a mix up with the phone number on the initial order, which the staff at MTBIKER (lookin at you Matej!) were absolutely wonderful about, and really helpful, on the ball within minutes. I bought a 809€ Marin bike. It arrives broken. Customer support tells me "it's not our problem, it's the logistics" and "we can offer a 50€ refund if your want"
