Their support service does not respond…
Their support service does not respond whatsoever to any request for help regarding a bug in their platform. We submitted our VAT return before they sent a reminder email, the platform failed to register the submission on our return status and shows it outstanding, HMRC didn't receive the completed form status, so did not process, even though they have the return detail. We cannot resubmit or update the status on the VAT return. We have tried contacting MTD Sorted 4 times now. Next call is HMRC if we don't get it sorted in 2 days. Utterly useless platform if anything unexpected happens. Dont use.
