If I could give less, for sure I would. Brought eSim for my vacation trip in West Balkans area; nothing is working, voice nor data, exchange few mails with no result, all the info I got was contradictory, at the I give up and decided to buy one local sim in all transit countries.

I exchanged several messages with them regarding my name. They have a bug in the system. The prepaid card does not work in Switzerland. Lost 15 CHF. Not recommended at all, i am frustrated i have not researched earlier.
Bought one card in one of the kiosks to use in Switzerland and it is a nightmare to register. It has to go to an external ID verification that does not match the MTEL site's form automatic processing (maybe a software bug). Neither the staff nor the external ID verification team can solve this problem. 15CHF went to the can, impossible to register and therefore to use. Do not recommend, try other company instead.
