Lost my receipt and my Quick-E card…

Lost my receipt and my Quick-E card first run, and they literally could do nothing about that and I had to re-purchase a lift ticket. Terrible quality in being able to help fix a problem that should be able to be fixed with proof of ID or credit card. Not looking to go back.

Good lessons at reasonable price

I bought the full day, griup lesson for my 9 year old. He learned the basics quickly and got on the lifts same day. He enjoyed it very much. Happy with the training.
Parking , restaurants, restrooms all convenient at this location.

The resort goes out of their way to…

The resort goes out of their way to accommodate visitors. They have a very active social media program keeping me alerted through text messages and emails. They offer creative ticket package pricing such as "4-pack night tickets" and so on.

The mountain terrain is well maintained and high speed quad lifts keep everyone moving up the mountain with short lift lines.

1-2-3 Deal or Deal Breaker?

I bought the 1-2-3 Deal which includes 3 lessons, one rental, a lift ticket, and once you complete all three lessons, you get a free season pass- all for $199! The deal was too amazing to pass up but honestly, you get what you pay for. The first lesson was a group session but there’s no way to learn snowboarding with one teacher and over 20 students! You could never see the teacher’s feet and you spend an hour just waiting for the teacher to help each student down a run. I only had 3 runs in an hour and 45 mins class. Im setting the bar low for my second lesson...

Snowboard lesson was awful and rental return line was LONG!

SB lesson was terrible. Lifts were very crowded. Adult snowboard lesson had 18 students and only one teacher with all different skill levels from beginner to experienced - so the lesson was a waste for people that already knew the basics. They rode the lift up one time the entire two hour lesson - that's it! Rental return line was ridiculously long - 30 minutes just to drop off SB and boots. We have been three weekends this winter. First weekend was great. Second weekend staff used the excuse they were crowded because of the great snow. Third weekend they used the same excuse and that some staff didn't show up for work and that great snow brought big crowds. It's not rocket science - hire more people for the weekend and pay enough staff and get a better rental return system in place. At some point the cheaper price (compared to Big Bear or Mammoth) just isn't worth standing in line for hours and getting crappy lessons.

This ski season has been great

This ski season has been great. The mountain is a short drive away, so our season passes were worth the money. The staff here is always friendly, and helpful, the food is great, the groomers are doing a fantastic job, and the ski instructors are top notch. The repair shop did a great job tuning our skis, thank you Roy. Every trip to the mountain has been a good experience!

Nothing but great experiences!

Nothing but great experiences every time my family and I have gone. My son who is 4 is currently taking snowboarding lessons has learned so much from the instructors. They are so patient with him and the other kids. They made him feel comfortable and by the end of the lesson he knew how to keep his balance and wanted to keep snowboarding for the rest of the day!

Three stars because the magic carpet…

Three stars because the magic carpet kept stopping for long periods of time. The snowflake lift also stopped a few times while my kids and I were riding. It was a windy day and being stuck on the lift was not a pleasant experience.
