Quality products that won't disappoint!
I stumbled onto the guys at Montana while searching for an alternative to Ironlak since they aren't available through Officeworks anymore, tried a few other companies and the actual ink colours didn't reflect the colour they claimed them to be (they were drab and pale) Thankfully the guys at MCA delivered the goods...literally! Great range, plenty of stock and the colours are vibrant and right on the money. Excellent customer service, order was picked, packed and delivered within the blink of an eye.

Your paint and service are brilliant…
Your paint and service are brilliant but the couriers you use, Borderexpress, are awful. Three times they have not knocked on the door when they deliver, they just leave their card in the mail box and I have to call them to come back. We work from home so someone is always here. They really let you down and are not a good representation for your wonderful business

Second coat cracks
Id give a 5 star review for the colour range alone but I have to take a star away because I've never had another paint crack up so badly when I put a coat over another coat. I'll buy 94s until I cant anymore just for the colours though. If someone could let me know how to lay down multiple coats without cracking Id be stoked.

I received pen replacement nibs in a…
I received pen replacement nibs in a package the size of a 2llt bottle of milk. The pen nibst could’ve easily fitted in a small envelope instead it came in a box with loads of padding upon padding and I had to pay for all of that shipping ? I find that frustrating when it could’ve really been very very simple.

Hi John. Thanks for your review. I can understand your annoyance towards the excessive packaging. With our main courier, we do not usually send orders in mailers and we like to pack products to prevent damages, and with this process it may incur some excess on certain orders. This doesn’t effect the shipping costs the customer pays for. We do have secondary couriers and if we sent it via them, the cost would have been very similar.

High quality paints in a range of colours. Sometimes the colours are a lot lighter or darker than the online sample - this can make it difficult to select the right colour.

However, we do plan to implement more information such as HEX, CMYK and pantone codes so you can cross reference colours in other systems.
